With the G20 Osaka Summit held from Friday June 28 to Saturday June 29, 2019, large-scale and long- time traffic restrictions on the surrounding roads of Itami, Kansai and Kobe airports, as well as enhanced security measures at the entrances of the passenger terminal buildings will take place for four days (from Thursday 27 June to Sunday 30 June). During this period, it is expected that customer’s access to the airport is affected.

Additionally, flight delays are also expected due to establishment of restricted areas for flight. Please be informed that, in consideration of these circumstances, airport handling associated with the G20 Osaka Summit is stipulated as follows.

1.   Applicable condition for special handling

When all of the following conditions are met.

Ticketing date : On/before 26 May, 2019

Original travelling date : From 27 June, 2019 to 30 Jun, 2019

Boarding period of International transfer flight : 26 Jun, 2019 to 01 Jul, 2019

*If  the  change  involves  Japan  domestic  sectors  only,  change  to  flights  during  the following period is allowed –

From “27 May, 2019” to “30 days after the boarding date of the original flight”

Itineraries including flights to and from KANSAI (KIX), OSAKA ITAMI (ITM) and KOBE (UKB) in unused sections.

2.   Details, 

Change may be made “only once” with no penalty within the extend described below –

*1 If it is impossible to handle, “no change” restriction based on the fare rules may be

canceled and change within the fare rules is allowed.

*2 Change between ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS (NH) flights is allowed. (change to a direct flight is also allowed)

*3 Change to an ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS (NH) flight is allowed. (not considered as change of carrier)
