The football fever takes flight with the Samsung GALAXY 11 World Tour, scheduled from 13 until 22 June at the Orange Concourse, Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. The GALAXY 11 World tour also enables consumers to interact with the Samsung GALAXY S5, Gear 2, and Gear Fit through a series of enriching activities.

A multi-platform fantasy-layered global marketing campaign, GALAXY 11 tells the story of 13 top-class football players from around the world, who attempt to save the planet from alien domination in a 'winner takes Earth' match on a virtual football pitch. To ensure that the battle continues on home ground, Samsung Malaysia has roped in five well-known Malaysian footballers – Farizal Marlias, Nazmi Faiz, Stanley Bernard, Syed Adney and Zaquan Adha – and two celebrities – Diana Danielle and Sazzy Falak. The footballers will demonstrate their dribbling techniques with fans, and take part in the on-ground activities. Diana Danielle and Sazzy Falak will join the footballers to meet and greet fans.

During the GALAXY 11 World Tour period, there will be a five-stage consumer journey, which features several zones that enable them to have a holistic football experience. One of the zones, the GALAXY Lab, allows consumers to learn more about the GALAXY S5, Gear 2, and Gear Fit. With their newly-acquired knowledge, consumers can then head over to the Battlefield Zone to train and play like the GALAXY 11 team. Those who completed the consumer journey will receive a certificate, and officially become a GALAXY 11 supporter.

Consumers who purchased the GALAXY S5 smartphone during the GALAXY 11 World Tour will receive a free flip cover and OTG from Samsung Experience Store and Harvey Norman. Those to wish to pay by credit card can opt to pay in 6 or 12 easy monthly installments at a zero-interest rate. The GALAXY 11 World Tour has also lined up a string of fun and interactive activities throughout the tour, so be there to find out more.

At the GALAXY 11 World Tour, consumers get the opportunity to trade in any pre-owned mobile phone for a brand new GALAXY S5 (Terms and conditions apply). Consumers will get a cash voucher equivalent to the value of the pre-owned mobile phones at the trade-in counter. Consumers also will be given an additional RM200 on top of the trade-in value of their mobile phones. Thereon, consumers can head off to the participating dealers’ counters, be it from the Samsung Experience Store, Harvey Norman or any Samsung Telco partners, and top up the difference between the trade-in value and recommended retail price to take home a new Samsung GALAXY S5. 

The Samsung GALAXY S5 comes in Shimmer White, Charcoal Black, Electric Blue, and Copper Gold, retails for RM2,399, and is also available for purchase at all Samsung Experience Stores and Samsung authorised dealers.
