Summer holiday is a busy season in Japan, please use the Web and Mobile Check-in services available to ensure you have smooth flight journey. Domestic flight web and mobile check in is available until one hour before departure, and if you've the printed boarding pass or mobile boarding pass and do not have any checked in baggage, you can go to the boarding gate directly.

International flight Web check in is available until two hours before departure and boarding passes for international flights will be issued at the airport counter, please proceed to the airport counter even if you have done the web or mobile check in. Check in and Baggage Drop counter for Domestic flight is closed 30 minutes, whereas the International flight Check in and Baggage Drop counter is closed 45 minutes before departure time.

If you do not check in before the counter closed time, you won’t be able to board on your flight and you may lose the air fare in full. Please arrive at the airport as early as possible to allow yourself have enough time to make your way through the airport, also please consider the time for clearing airport security.
