Day 1:

After checking your hotel, you could either the days off to rest or check out some of these places.

Day 2:

After breakfast, pack your bags and cruise down to South Auckland towards Waitomo. You’ll love your journey there as you’ll pass major gardening areas and farmland upon reaching Waitomo Caves and the famous Hobbiton Movie Set location.

#1 Waitomo Glowworm Caves – experience a 45min guided tour into a limestone cave decorated with stalactites, stalagmites and glow-worms.

Day 4:

After breakfast, you could choose to spend the morning exploring more of Rotorua or take the drive back to Auckland first and enjoy more of Auckland city. All at your own pace.
