DAY 1 - Cape Town (Arrival)

Upon arrival in Cape Town International Airport, you will be meet and greet by local representative. Transfer to your selected hotel for check in. 

Rest of the day is free at own leisure, you might explore this beautiful city. Cape Town’s history is long and storied. It is a city with unrivalled culture and diversity, boasting a heady mix of old and new and nothing speaks to this more than the iconic 'Big Seven Attractions'. The Big Seven, made up of Cape Point, City Walk, Groot Constantia, Kirstenbosch, Robben Island Museum, Table Mountain Cableway and Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, form the core of the Mother City, and your trip will not be complete with a visit to each iconic location.

DAY 2 - Cape Town

After hotel breakfast, you will start this day with a Half Day Cape Town City Tour

Departure time: 0735am until 0830am (actual time will be advise upon tour finalization)

Summit the legendary Table Mountain then wind your way past the scenic and upmarket suburbs of Camps Bay and Clifton en-route to the central business district. Sense the depth of history as you drive past Parliament Buildings, City Hall, the Slave Lodge and the Castle of Good Hope, originally built as a maritime replenishment station and now the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa! 
Passing Charly's Bakery, home of Charly's Cake Angels, we hear of the brief history of District Six en-route to a visit at the Company Gardens. Learn more about the history of the Bo-Kaap and its people as we move up the cobblestoned hills to the Malay Quarter, and marvel at the ice-cream colours of the quiant Bo-Kaap homes. 
Finally, trace the moves of a professional Diamond Cutter as he creates every girl's dream stone.

  • The Castle
    • The Castle Of Good Hope was built by the Dutch East India Company more than 300 years back. It took 13 years for construction only (from 1666 to 1679). It is big , yet unremarkable till you’re standing in front of it. The Castle of Good Hope is situated in Cape Town’s city centre beside Cape Town's main railway station. It is just a few steps away from the central station and the modern shopping malls. When visiting the Castle of Good Hope you will immerse yourself for a journey back in time to the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.
  • The Company's Garden
    • The garden was originally created in the 1650s by the region's first European settlers and provided fertile ground to grow fresh produce to replenish ships rounding the Cape. It is watered from the Molteno Dam, which uses water from the springs on the lower slopes of Table Mountain.
  • Parliament Buildings, City Hall and the Slave Lodge
    • The Slave Lodge is one of the oldest buildings in Cape Town. The many names of the building over three centuries – Slave Lodge, Government Offices Building, Old Supreme Court, and SA Cultural History Museum – reflect the long and rich history of the building. In 1998 this museum was renamed the Slave Lodge.
  • Bo-kaap (formerly known as Malay Quarter)
    • Hidden in the fringes of Cape Town’s city centre, just beyond the hassles and bustle, you will find this little treasure neighborhood where brightly-colored houses against the milieu of religious mosques is an attraction for many visitors. Bo-Kaap’s residents are a blend of cultures and are descendants of slaves imported by the Dutch in the 1700s. These slaves arrived to South Africa from Sri Lanka, Malaysia, the Indonesian Archipelago and various African countries.

    • Seal Island, also known as Duiker Island is one of Cape Town’s most popular attractions. It inhabits a population of approximately 70 000 Cape fur seals. Besides, some 24 different species of birds can be found on the island.   • Chapman's Peak Drive
    • Chapman’s Peak Drive in Cape Town is one of the most spectacular coastal drives in the world. The route winds its way between Noordhoek and Hout Bay on the Atlantic Coast on the south-western tip of South Africa. Chapman’s Peak Drive, fondly called “Chappies” is a must for anyone who is passionate about the awe-inspiring landscape of Cape Town. The sheer drops to the sea below, and the looming mountains above provide the most spectacular sights! The Chapman's Peak Drive also offers breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and wonderful rock formations.
  • Cape Point
    • Lying 60 km south-west of Cape Town in the southeast corner of the peninsula is Cape Point, a nature reserve within the Table Mountain National Park and a declared Natural World Heritage Site. It is at a distance of about 2.3 km east and a bit north of the Cape of Good Hope and takes it probably 20% of the total area of the peninsula. The first thing that will hit your attention will be the shipwrecks scattering the coastline, as testimonials of its great historical significance. If you travel to the tip of the Cape Peninsula, Cape Point is where you will reach.
  • Simon's Town
    • One must-visit place to include in your Cape Town holiday has to be Simon’s Town! A beautiful and warm sea-town, Simon’s Townis synonymous with the treasured African penguins and is a popular tourist destination. Besides, it is rich in history and culture the multi-pluralism of the regionadds to its wealth.
  • Penguins' Colony at Boulder's Beach (entrance fee Entrance fee of ZAR 168 per adult and ZAR 85 per child aged below 12 at own account, price subject to change)
    • Boulders beach has a colony of penguins set up since 1983. From just two breeding pairs then, it has now grown into a colony of about 3000 penguins, though this number keeps dropping. The beach is some 2 km from Simon’s Town in False Bay, between Fish Hoek and Cape Point. It is home to a growing colony of the endangered African penguins. The entrance fee which you pay (as Boulders Beach is part of the Table Mountain National Park) is used for the conservation of these penguins. At Boulders beach, the penguins nest as from February to August, in simple burrows in the sand or under plants. They moult in November and December.
  • Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden (during summer months)
    • One of the great botanic gardens of the world. Few gardens can match the sheer grandeur of the setting of Kirstenbosch, against the eastern slopes of Cape Town’s Table Mountain.

    • Through Groot Constantia's modern wine cellar and see the wine production process in action. After you've worked up a thirst exploring the wine cellar, relax in the elegant wine tasting area and sample the many award-winning vintages available.

    • A former inner-city neighborhood where more than 60,000 residents were forced to leave during the 1970s by the apartheid regime; and Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was held prisoner for 18 years — it now serves as a symbol of the triumph of the human spirit over adversity. 
  • Langa Township local market, Arts & Craft Centre, B&B and creche.
    • One of the oldest black townships in South Africa. In the Langa Township you can meet sangomas and traditional healers; shop at local markets;dine on African delicacies and party in the township style. At the same time, you can extend your support to one of the poorest areas of the Cape Town. Bead-work, pottery and recycled goods are sold in and around Langa Township. 
  • Khayelitsha
    • Found at 30 km away from Cape Town, Khayelitsha which means “new home” is one of the biggest townships in the area. It consists of both formal accommodation implying houses of bricks and mortar and informal settlements, that is, makeshift shacks. Go on a township tour to Khayelitsha in the Cape Flats and experience an authentic African day out. See the amazing view from Look-Out Hill, buy yourself handmade crafts made locally and eat at a restaurant offering South African cuisine.
  • Gugulethu
    • A colourful, vibrant and lively township, Gugulethu Township is the residence of many of the city’s working population. “Gugs”, as Gugulethu is usually called was originally named Nyanga West is the oldest township in Cape Town. It has a lively community and is gradually developing due to tourism. A visit to the township is indeed an experience that cannot be forgotten and remains a sharp reminder of how life does not always need to be a bed of roses for people to be friendly, warm, welcoming and genuine.
