ITINERARY / SCHEDULE
DAY 1 - Chengdu (Arrival)
Upon arrival at Chengdu Airport, you will be met by the local representative and transferred to the hotel for check-in.

DAY 2 - Chengdu - Nyingchi - Kading Valley - Nyingchi (2H)
After breakfast, transfer to Milin Airport for flight to Nyingchi (flight duration is 2 hours).
Upon arrival in Nyingchi, you will be picked up from the airport and your journey continues with the following visit:
- Kading Valley (AAAA-rated Scenic Area in Tibet) – Located along the Niyang River, a tributary of the Yarlung Tsangpo River, this area is characterized by its dramatic canyon landscapes, steep cliffs, ancient towering trees, and uniquely shaped rocks. The magnificent waterfall, with a drop of nearly 200 meters, cascades powerfully down the cliffs, creating a breathtaking sight.
- Gala Peach Blossom Village – This village is famous for its vast natural wild peach forest, a rare and spectacular sight in the Tibetan Plateau. During spring, the mountains and valleys are blanketed with vibrant pink blossoms, forming a stunning natural painting.

DAY 3 - Nyingchi - Lulang Forest Sea - Bomi (6H)
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will begin today’s journey:
- Cross Sejila Pass – Enjoy a distant view of Mount Namcha Barwa, the most beautiful peak at the eastern end of the Himalayas. It is a sacred mountain of Tibet’s ancient Yungdrung Bon religion and is revered as the “Father of Tibet’s Mountains.”
- Lulang Forest Sea – Located about 75 km east of Bayi Town in Nyingchi along the Sichuan–Tibet Highway, “Lulang” in Tibetan means “Valley of the Dragon King.” It is also known as “the place that makes you forget home.” This area is China’s third-largest and best-preserved forest region, known for its vast expanse and pristine natural beauty.

DAY 4 - Bomi - Laigu Glacier - Ranwu - Bomi (6H)
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Ranwu.
- Ranwu Lake – The name means “Lake where corpses are piled together.” According to legend, a water buffalo once lived in the lake, while a yellow ox stood on its shore. The two challenged each other in a fierce contest of strength, and after their deaths, they transformed into mountains — the lake now lies serenely between them.
- Laigu Glacier (includes sightseeing vehicle; horseback riding not included – RMB 100/person, or transfer vehicle – RMB 200/person) – This is a collective name for several glaciers, including Meixi Glacier, Yalong Glacier, Ruojiao Glacier, Dongga Glacier, Xiongjia Glacier, and Niuma Glacier. Among them, the Yalong Glacier is the largest and most spectacular, known for its breathtaking ice formations and pristine beauty.

DAY 5 - Bomi - Bomi Peach Blossom Valley - Lulang Town - Nyingchi (6H)
After breakfast, today activities include:
- Bomi Peach Blossom Valley – This enchanting place is like a paradise on earth. The natural scenery is breathtaking, with endless white snow-capped peaks in the distance and vast stretches of pink peach blossoms in full bloom. The blossoms contrast beautifully with the lush green barley fields and charming Tibetan houses, creating a poetic and picturesque view. Bomi’s peach blossoms are famous for their unique landscape, where the flowers bloom alongside glaciers and snowy mountains. The wild peach trees are centuries old, with abundant and vibrant blossoms.
- Lulang Town – Located in Lulang, Nyingchi, Tibet Autonomous Region, this charming town is a key tourism development project built with support from Guangdong Province. It showcases the integration of Tibetan culture and modern tourism development.
We will then pass through Tongmai Bridge and follow the Parlung Tsangpo River on our journey back to Nyingchi.

DAY 6 - Nyingchi - Basum Lake - Lhasa (6H)
After breakfast, today activities include:
- Passing through the scenic Niyang River — An important river in the Nyingchi region of Tibet, renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, layered mountain ranges, and tranquil pastoral landscapes. The picturesque scenery along its banks has earned it the title “the Mother River of Nyingchi.”
- Basum Lake (including sightseeing vehicle) + Heart Island – Also known as Cuogao Lake, its name means “green water.” The lake is famous for its rich layers of green hues that vary in depth and brightness, creating a stunning and serene natural beauty. The altitude of the Basum Lake is 3,480 m.
- Cuozong Monastery – Located on an island in the middle of the lake, this monastery enshrines Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Rinpoche) and is regarded as a sacred spiritual site by local Tibetans.
In the evening, check in to a hotel in Lhasa.

DAY 7 - Lhasa
After breakfast, today activities includes:
- Potala Palace (the visit time will depend on the booking schedule), the highest palace in the world. The order of visits will be arranged according to the reserved entry time for the Potala Palace。
- Jokhang Temple, where you can experience the profound spiritual charm of Buddhism as you admire the life-sized statue of Sakyamuni Buddha.
- Barkhor Street, observing devout pilgrims performing their prostrations, feeling the deep power of faith, and enjoying a peaceful moment amid the vibrant atmosphere. In the evening, back to hotel to rest. DAY 8 - Lhasa - Chengdu (Departure)
After breakfast, transfer to Lhasa Airport for flight back to Chengdu. (flight duration is around 2 hours)
today activities includes:
- Jinli Ancient Street – Step into Jinli and immerse yourself in the cultural corridor of the Three Kingdoms era. Located beside the Wuhou Shrine, Jinli exudes an ancient charm and showcases the distinctive folk traditions of Western Sichuan.
- Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley – A beautifully renovated historic district dating back to the Qing Dynasty. Here, you can savor authentic local delicacies, shop for unique souvenirs, and experience the vibrant local culture of Chengdu.
- Panda Post Office – Centered around its adorable mascot “Panda YOYO”, this themed post office features the panda as a cheerful mail carrier with a green satchel, scarf, and a little green cap marked with a red heart. YOYO also represents a local Chengdu resident and foodie, embodying the city’s playful and warm personality.
