ITINERARY / SCHEDULE
DAY 1 - Chengdu (Arrival)
Upon arrival Chengdu, pick up by local representative and transfer to hotel for check in, free at own leisure. Transfer Travel by Coach or Van (depend of group size). DAY 2 - Chengdu
Breakfast serve at hotel, visit to Kuanzai Lane, street with ancients architecture and modern shops. Then, visit to Qintai Antique Street. A shopping street with bulding of stone carvings, wood carvings and copper carvings which showcase the custom in Western Han Dynasty in terms of music, banquets and etiquette. After that, visit to Du Fu Thatched Cottage. It is a park and museum in honor of Du Fu who was a renowned poet of Tang Dynasty. During nearly four years of his stay here, Du Fu composed more than 240 poems. Continue visit to Wuhou Temple. The temple is one of Chengdu's major attractions and contains numerous statues to Emperor Liu Bei, Zhuge Liang and other officials of the Shu Kingdom, and there are ancient inscriptions and tablets that are famous in China. Thereafter, proceed to Jinli Ancient Street, this neighborhood is part of the old city of Chengdu; it features hotels and small stores in old-fashioned style. Antiques are sold in a variety of different stores. It is very popular among both tourists and locals, especially at night, with many bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.
