DAY 1 - Chengdu (Arrival)
Upon arrival Chengdu International Airport, pick-up by Driver Guide and transfer to Hotel. *Remarks for Hotel Accommodation in Chengdu: All hotels standard check in time is 1400-1500pm afternoon. DAY 2 - Chengdu - Chongqing (Reference Train: To Be Confirmed)
After breakfast, the driver will transfer guest to Jianyang South Railway Station to take the high-speed train to Chongqing. Upon arrival, the local driver in Chongqing will meet the guest at the station and depart for a visit to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, the vibrant commercial and cultural center of Chongqing, known for its modern shopping complexes and historic landmarks. Proceed to Bayi Road Gourmet Street, a local culinary hotspot offering a wide variety of authentic Chongqing snacks and delicacies. Continue the tour with a stop at the Liziba Light Rail Viewing Platform, where you can witness the unique sight of a monorail passing directly through a residential building — a famous urban marvel. In the evening, explore the picturesque Hongya Cave, a traditional stilt-house complex built along the riverbank, beautifully illuminated at night and rich with local charm. DAY 3 - Chongqing
After breakfast, begin the day with Ciqikou Ancient Town, a charming old town dating back to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, known for its traditional architecture, teahouses, street snacks, and local crafts. A great place to experience the old Chongqing vibe. Next to Graffiti Street (also known as Huangjueping Graffiti Street), vibrant street filled with colorful murals and urban art, stretching over a kilometer. It's one of the longest graffiti streets in the world and a popular spot for photography lovers. After that visit to Longmenhao Old Street,a riverside historical block blending old Chongqing culture with modern creative spaces. You’ll find traditional buildings, cafés, bookstores, and art galleries with beautiful views of the Yangtze River. Continue to Xiahao Old Street (Xiahaoli), a hidden gem in Chongqing, Xiahao features narrow alleys, staircases, and old houses nestled against the mountain. A quiet place to feel the charm of Chongqing's mountain city lifestyle. in the noon time, proceed to Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street,one of Chongqing’s busiest commercial areas, offering a wide range of shopping, entertainment, and fashion brands. A must-visit for shoppers and city explorers. lastly, visit Guanyinqiao Food Street,located near the pedestrian street, this bustling food street is famous for local Chongqing delicacies, hotpot, skewers, noodles, and snacks. DAY 4 - Chongqing - Chengdu (Reference Train: To Be Confirmed)
After breakfast, depart from the hotel and take the high-speed train back to Chengdu. Upon arrival, the driver will meet you at the station and take you to Chunxi Road, the busiest shopping street in Chengdu. It's lined with a mix of international brands and local specialty stores, offering a great way to experience the city's urban lifestyle. Next, visit the nearby Taikoo Li, an open-air shopping area that blends traditional Sichuan architecture with modern design. With trendy fashion boutiques, cozy cafes, and artistic shops, it's a favorite spot for photos and relaxing strolls. Then, head to IFS (International Finance Square). The highlight here is the giant panda sculpture climbing the building — a popular photo spot. Inside, the mall features luxury brands and fine dining, making it perfect for shopping and leisure. In the afternoon, explore Kuanzhai Alley, a historical area that preserves old Chengdu’s charm. Traditional houses, tea houses, Sichuan opera performances, and local snacks fill the lively streets — an ideal place to experience the cultural essence of the city. Finally, visit People’s Park, a beloved gathering place for locals. DAY 5 - Chengdu
After breakfast, head to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, the best place to get a close look at China’s national treasure — the giant panda, the cuddly adult pandas and the playful baby pandas; they were incredibly adorable. The park is quite large, so for those who prefer not to walk too much, electric carts are available (not included; ¥30/person). Next, continue visit Eastern Suburb Memory (Dongjiao Jiyi), a cultural and creative park converted from old factory buildings. The combination of industrial style and artistic atmosphere creates a unique vibe. The area is filled with exhibitions, design shops, and indie cafes — a favorite hangout and photo spot for Chengdu’s younger generation. In the afternoon, explore Wangping Street, a cozy neighborhood full of life. Along the street are various stylish cafes and dessert shops, with the panda-themed cafes being the most popular — beautifully decorated and perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Then stopped by the Panda Bookstore, a specialty bookstore themed around giant pandas. The interior is thoughtfully designed, offering not only books and panda-themed merchandise, but also a quiet space to read. It’s a wonderful place to experience Chengdu’s literary charm and cultural atmosphere. Final stop was the famous Jinli Ancient Street, a beautifully preserved area full of traditional Sichuan flair. The street is lined with snack stalls, handicraft shops, and live folk performances. It’s a lively and authentic place to experience Chengdu’s local traditions and culture. DAY 6 - Chengdu (Departure)
