Built during the Ming Dynasty, it surrounds the city center and stretches approximately 13.7 kilometers. Visitors can stroll or cycle along the wall to experience the grandeur of ancient defensive architecture. Wearing traditional Hanfu while touring the wall allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the rich historical atmosphere and elegant ancient style, as if traveling back to the flourishing Chang’an of a thousand years ago. (Complimentary Xi’an City Wall Cycling Experience) Next, head to Yongxingfang, a famous food street in Xi’an that brings together a wide variety of local Shaanxi snacks and traditional delicacies, such as roujiamo (Chinese burger), liangpi (cold noodles), and biangbiang noodles. The area preserves traditional architectural styles, allowing visitors to enjoy authentic flavors while experiencing the lively local culture and historical ambiance, making it an ideal place to taste genuine Shaanxi cuisine. Then, visit and experience the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Music Fountain. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is an important Buddhist structure from the Tang Dynasty, with a solemn and elegant tower. The music fountain in front of the pagoda is especially spectacular at night, with water jets rising and falling in rhythm with the music, illuminated by colorful lights. The combination of the fountain and the ancient pagoda creates a visual and auditory feast, offering visitors a unique nighttime sightseeing experience. Finally, visit the Datang Everbright City (Special arrangement for a Hanfu experience; makeup and hairstyling not included), a pedestrian street themed around Tang Dynasty culture. It combines cultural performances, specialty dining, shopping, and entertainment. At night, the area is brilliantly lit and bustling with people, recreating the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty. DAY 3 - Xi An
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, head to visit the Terracotta Army Museum. The Terracotta Warriors were created to accompany the tomb of China’s first emperor as funerary statues. Thousands of life-sized, intricately detailed terracotta figures represent Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s imperial guard. These statues were crafted in parts, fired in kilns, then assembled and painted. The Terracotta Army Museum in Xi’an is a must-visit attraction, regarded as one of the greatest archaeological sites in the world and one of the most significant discoveries of the 20th century. Next, visit the Mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang. This site features the earliest discovered, large-scale, and well-preserved bronze chariots and horses in archaeological history. Archaeologists have restored them, and they have been on public display since 1983. The bronze chariots and horses were among the burial items of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, symbolizing part of his imperial carriage procession. It is not only majestic and awe-inspiring but also steep and dramatic, with towering cliffs and elegant peaks. Because of this, Mount Hua has long attracted countless adventurers. After breakfast, visit the Xi’An Museum (Small Wild Goose Pagoda). The Small Wild Goose Pagoda is located on the central axis of Jianfu Temple in the southern part of Xi’an. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. The pagoda structure has been preserved since the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD). Then, head to Gaojia Courtyard for a shadow puppet show. Shadow puppetry, also known as "shadow play," is a traditional form of Chinese folk puppet theater that uses figures made from animal hide or cardboard. These silhouettes are projected onto a backlit screen to perform stories, making it one of the most widespread forms of traditional puppetry in China. Afterward, visit the Bell and Drum Tower Square. Also known as Shangshu Sheng Square, it is located at the intersection of Xi’an’s four main streets (East, West, South, and North). Covering 60,000 square meters, it is the second-largest square in China, following Tiananmen Square in Beijing. On the east side stands the over-600-year-old Bell Tower, and on the west side, one of the largest Drum Towers in the country. (Note: Tickets to ascend the Bell or Drum Tower are not included. If you wish to go up, please purchase tickets at your own expense. Bell Tower: RMB 30/person; Drum Tower: RMB 30/person.) Finally, head to the Muslim Food Street.
