ITINERARY / SCHEDULE
DAY 1 - Shin Chitose (Arrival) - Noboribetsu
Arrival at Shin Chitose International Airport, our local representative will meet you at pick up point transfer, you will join the scheduled activities. Usage of vehicle with max of 10hrs/300km only. Lake Shikotsu - This is a beautiful lake with clear waters, created through intense volcanic activity about 40,000 years ago. Its waters are so clear that the lake has been ranked top in Japan for 11 consecutive years for the quality of its water. Jigokudani (Hell Valley) - Noboribetsu Jigokudani is a crater formed by the eruption of the Kuttara volcano. It has a diameter of about 450 meters, an area of about 11 hectares, and is dotted with numerous pools and fumaroles. The origin of the name "Jigokudani" (Hell Valley) comes from the impression given by the area's bubbling, boiling hot water that's said to look like "hell, where demons live." Onsen Street - There is an onsen street with many onsen guest houses and open-air pools. Noboribetsu where you can enjoy a variety of hot spring baths as well as about the amazing nature around the city and about fun ways to spend your time in Noboribetsu. Hot Spring (Onsen) Hotel - Check in at Onsen Hot Spring, you may enjoy hot spring facilities in the resort. Onsen - is a term for hot springs in the Japanese language, though the term is often used to describe the bathing facilities and inns around the hot springs. As a volcanically active country, Japan has thousands of onsen scattered along its length and breadth. Onsen were traditionally used as public bathing places and today play a central role in directing Japanese domestic tourism. Yukata - is a Japanese garment, a casual summer kimono usually made of cotton or synthetic fabric, and unlined. Yukata are worn by both men and women. People wearing yukata are a common sight in Japan, it is ready in room for you to experience it, you are welcome to wear it during your entire stay in resort or before heading to bath in onsen. Caution! Do not enter an onsen or hot spring or bath facility under the following circumstances,

DAY 2 - Noboribetsu - Hakodate
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Afterward, depart from the hotel to Hakodate, one of the main cities on Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island. Goryōkaku Park & Tower - Goryokaku Park is an iconic star-shaped fort located in Hakodate. Adjacent to the park is Goryokaku Tower, standing 107 meters tall. The tower offers breathtaking panoramic views of the park and Hakodate City from its multiple observation decks. It also features shops, restaurants, and an exhibition on Goryokaku’s history. (Note: Visit only excludes ascent to the tower.) Red-Brick Warehouses - Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is a significant part of the landscape along the shores of Yokohama Port. Initially a primary shipping hub, this historic site has transformed into a lively center of local culture and community. Meijika - This dignified red brick building was completed in 1911 and originally served as the Hakodate City Post Office. It has since been repurposed into a shopping center where you can enjoy the experience of crafting music boxes. Mt. Hakodate (Includes a cable car ride) - Experience the night view from Mt. Hakodate, which is rich in expressions. It's like a sparkling jewelry case, offering an ideal night view. *Remarks for Hotel Accommodation: All hotels standard check in time is 1400-1500pm afternoon.

DAY 3 - Hakodate - Sapporo
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Afterward, proceed to below sightseeing: Hakodate Asaichi - This is a popular food market among tourists, located near Hakodate Station. About 250 stores sell delicacies of Hakodate and Hokkaido, such as fresh seafood, vegetables, fruit, sweets, and chinmi (processed seafood products). Sapporo Beer Museum - Housed in a historic red-brick building originally constructed in 1890 as a sugar factory, the museum opened in 1987 and showcases the rich history of Sapporo Beer, Japan’s oldest beer brand, established in 1876. The museum is recognized as a Hokkaido Heritage site. Shiroi Koibito Park Factory (visit outside) - Proceed to Shiroi Koibito Park Factory. This is a chocolate theme park operated by a Japanese confectionery manufacturer. It produces Shiroi Koibito, one of the famous chocolate in Japan. Experience a beautiful world where British and Hokkaido cultures merge. Sapporo Jyogaiichiba - Visit Sapporo Jyogaiichiba, a market with nearly 80 stores and restaurants. Stretching out for several blocks, it specializes in Hokkaido seafood and produce. DAY 4 - Sapporo - Otaru - Sapporo
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. Afterward, depart from the hotel to Otaru. Otaru Canal - The canal was built in 1923 to allow small ships to transport goods to the warehouses. Once modern docking facilities were built, the canal became obsolete and was no longer in use. The canal is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant stroll during the day, as artists present their works to passing tourists, warehouses reflect off the water's surface and old fashioned gas lamps light the path at night creating a romantic. Kitaichi Glass Shop - Kitaichi Glass has a long history and was founded in 1901. Today, there are several Kitaichi Glass shops and art galleries around Sakaimachi-dori, a tourist and shopping street in Otaru. You can visit, select handicrafts, and experience the fun of glass making. Music Box Museum - Specialty shop of music boxes in Otaru, Hokkaido. Has more than 3400 types of music boxes and it’s the largest specialty shop in Japan. And the building was built of brick in 1912, which is a historical city landmark in Otaru. Kaleidoscope Museum - Immerse yourself in the mesmerizing world of kaleidoscopes at the Kaleidoscope Museum. Experience stunning visual effects and admire the artistry behind these intricate creations. Sapporo Ski - With its great snow conditions and a range of ski resorts, it offers exciting opportunities for winter sports enthusiasts. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced skier, you can enjoy the thrill of skiing down well-groomed slopes amidst beautiful snowy landscapes. Experience the exhilaration of Sapporo's renowned ski resorts and make unforgettable memories on the slopes. You may experience skiing at your own expense. Note: You can experience skiing at your own expense (2-3 hours).
