DAY 1 - Chiang Rai (Arrival)

Upon arrival, pick-up by local representative and transfer to hotel for check-in.

DAY 2 - Chiang Rai

Breakfast serve at hotel, transfer to Mae Sai at the northern most town in Thailand it’s separated from Myanmar only by a bridge. There are many shops selling an assortment of Burmese shores and souvenirs (Optional tour: enter to Myanmar cost around THB 1500 per person at own expenses). Next, visit Golden Triangle at the intersection between the Mekong River and Kong River, the gate of the borders in Thailand, Myanmar and Laos. Boat trip along Mekong River. (Optional tour: enter Laos cost around THB 300 per person at own expenses). Then, visit Opium House. A small museum in the Golden Triangle dedicated to show the opium production history of the northern Thailand area. After dinner, transfer back to hotel for rest.

DAY 3 - Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai

Breakfast serve at hotel, visit Wat Rongkhun (White Temple) which is a must-go temple in Chiang Rai for its ornate and delicate white stuccowork. Transfer to Chiang Mai (around 3.5 hours journey). Upon arrival, visit Home Industries Village where you can buy souvenirs such as gems, honey, leather and Thai silk. Pass by Chiang Mai City Moat, visit to Three Kings Monument & Wat Chedi Luang. The bronze Three Kings Monument commemorates the alliance forged between Phaya Ngam Meuang of Phayao, Phaya Mengrai of Chiang Mai and Phaya Khun Ramkhamhaeng of Sukhothai in the founding of the city. Tonight, overnight at Chiang Mai.

DAY 4 - Chiang Mai (Departure)

Breakfast serve at hotel, proceed to Maetaeng Elephant Camp, enjoy the Elephant Show and 30 minutes elephant riding. Continue visit to Long Neck Village. The women wear brass rings around their necks as part of their culture. Then, transfer to Lanna Resort for coffee break (included coffee, Thai dessert and experience Thai Lanna costume wearing). After that, visit Royal Flora Ratchaphruek Garden. It was originally the site for the 2006 International horticultural exposition – Royal Flora Expo 2006. After dinner, transfer back to hotel for rest.

DAY 5 - Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai (Departure)

Breakfast serve at hotel, transfer back to Chiang Rai. En-route, visit Mae Kajan Hot Spring, are series of three developed hot Spring well’s and geysers where you can enjoy spending some time in a peaceful atmosphere with some of the Earth’s natural phenomena. Continue the journey and transfer to airport for flight departure.
