TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Evening transport to the Plaza Mayor & La Latina.

Welcome to Madrid! Upon arrival at the airport, we shall be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Hotel standard check in time 3pm.
Check the informative panels in the hotel reception area for the welcome meeting with your guide and fellow travellers to receive information about the circuit.

Towards the end of the day, we provide a transfer to Plaza Mayor and La Latina: Madrid´s most famous area for night life and tapas restaurants where you can dine at your preferred restaurant: Indian, Chinese, Spanish and Middle Eastern are some of the options available.

NOTE: IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS on arrival at the hotel you will have your booking made but the guide of your trip will normally not arrive until the start of the included activities. TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Guided tour and stroll through Retiro Park. 

The day starts around 08.30 hrs with a comprehensive tour through the centre of Madrid, including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, the Gate of Alcalá, Plaza de Colón and Plaza Mayor.

We will visit Retiro Park, an oasis in the city centre, where we will see the lake and the Glass Palace. Entrance to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the football stadium of Real Madrid. We get to know the areas reserved for the players as well as the public areas and the small museum about this team, considered by some as the best in the world.

Enjoy the rest of the afternoon. At the end of the evening, we will return to the hotel.

TODAY´S HIGHLIGHTS: Monastery of Poblet

In the morning we leave for Aragón through the lands of Castile. In ZARAGOZA we make a brief stop to see the Pilar Basilica. We continue to the Monastery of Poblet, surrounded by its walls in a beautiful site that is one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world (entrance included). Following this we will continue to BARCELONA, arriving in the evening.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Barcelona city tour. “Spanish Village” visit and evening transfer to Maremagnum.

Panoramic tour with our guide or the local guide of Barcelona, famous for Gaudí and its modernist architecture. We will see the Columbus monument, Plaza de Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, Diagonal, Sagrada Familia, Montjuich with the Olympic facilities and Plaza de España. We finish at the Ramblas area. You can have a walk in the historic center - Gothic quarter.

After the city tour our guide will offer you optionally the visit to the Gaudí´s masterpiece and emblem of the city, the Sagrada Familia. Free time in the afternoon.

In the evening we include a transfer to the Maremagnum, a modern leisure center and restaurants facing the sea, next to Plaza Colón, where you can stroll through this lively area and dine. Return to hotel.

TODAYS HIGHLIGHTS: Visit Peniscola, a beautiful walled town and its castle by the sea. Sightseeing in Valencia amd dinner included.

We will travel south along the Mediterranean. We will make a stop in PEÑISCOLA, a small medieval walled city surrounded by beautiful beaches. Time for a walk. We continue to VALENCIA, where we will arrive at lunch time. In the afternoon we will make a visit with a local guide of this port city on the Levantine coast, with more than 2000 years of history that dot its urban layout with monuments from all periods that contrast with the architectural avant-garde of buildings such as the City of the Arts and Sciences. Free time. A traditional local dinner will be included.

We continue through pleasant landscapes in the Valencian Community. ALICANTE, a city bathed by the Mediterranean, combines golden sandy beaches with a charming historic quarter. The imposing Castle of Santa Bárbara stands out. Free time for a stroll.

We continue through arid landscapes in the region of MURCIA. Stop en route for lunch.

In Andalusia, we make our first stop in GUADIX, famous for its unique inhabited cave houses. Its historic quarter combines the Renaissance cathedral, traditional neighborhoods, and unique views of the Sierra Nevada.

We continue to GRANADA. Arrival in the late afternoon, dinner included.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS : Visit to the Alhambra.

Full day in GRANADA and if you have purchased the tour with the entrance included, visit the immense Alhambra Palace and its beautiful Generalife gardens, built in the Arab era. Free time in afternoon. We recommend to take a walk through the Albaicín neighborhood or visit the cathedral that houses the tomb of the Catholic Monarchs.

NOTE: The number of people authorized to visit the Alhambra is limited by law. To guarantee entry, the ticket will be issued when confirming the reservation of the tour. For this it is necessary to have the client´s correct personal data (full name and passport/ID number). Since there is no possibility of cancellation, in case of cancellation of the reservation the ticket costs will be passed on to the client. In very limited cases, when the Alhambra reservation is canceled, the Real Alcázar of Seville with similar characteristics will be visited.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: To access the Alhambra, it is necessary to present the document with which you confirmed the reservation (passport or ID).

Today we’ll enjoy spectacular landscapes as we leave behind the Sierra Nevada mountain range. We’ll then continue along the Mediterranean, on the so-called Tropical Coast, where the mild year-round microclimate allows for the cultivation of tropical fruits such as guavas, mangoes, and avocados, and in the past, sugar cane.

We stop in NERJA, a charming seaside town with impressive cliffs. We continue on to MÁLAGA, the capital of the Costa del Sol, full of life and boasting a beautiful historic center. Time for lunch and a stroll through the city center.

Afterward, we head into the Andalusian sierras and arrive in RONDA, a stunning white town famous for its dramatic gorge that splits the city in two.

We continue to SEVILLE, arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner included at the hotel.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Guided visit with local expert in Seville. Boat trip along the river Guadalquivir. 

In the morning, we´ll embark on a city tour of Seville, where you´ll see the cathedral with its famous Giralda, the banks of the Guadalquivir River, and the popular neighborhoods of Santa Cruz and Triana.

After the tour, enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the Guadalquivir River offering stunning panoramic views (included).

In the evening, you´ll have the option to attend a popular flamenco tablao.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Visit to Mosque of Cordoba. Windmills in Consuegra.

We leave Seville following the valley of the Guadalquivir to CORDOBA. With a local guide we include a visit to its great Mosque-Cathedral (entrance included), a walk through the old neighborhood with its famous patios full of flowers and entry to the Old Synagogue (entrance included).

After lunch time we leave for Castilian lands. We will make a stop in CONSUEGRA, where 12 giant windmills next to the castle contemplate the La Mancha plain. We visit the Rucio Mill. After that we return to MADRID.

After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
