Kuala Terengganu Shahbandar Jetty or Merang Jetty - Redang Island
Own arrangement to Kuala Terengganu Shahbandar Jetty or Merang Jetty. Assemble at Jetty half an hour prior ferry departure time. Then take around 90 minutes ferry to Redang Island.
- Ferry leaves TGG Shahbandar Jetty at 9:00AM, 10:30AM or 3:00PM for Redang
- Boat leaves Merang Jetty at 1100AM for Redang
- Boat schedule subject to change by resort
- On weather or unforeseen operational condition, resort reverse the right to alter or postpone any itineraries of tour
- For those who take 1500PM ferry, 1 lunch and 1 snorkeling trip will be forfeited.

自行安排交通抵达登嘉楼Shahbandar或Merang码头后，转搭90分钟左右的渡轮前往热浪岛。
- 每日从Shahbandar码头前往热浪岛：0900、1030、1500
- 每日从Merang码头前往热浪岛：1100
- 渡轮时间表会随时更动
- 如果天气恶劣或其他威胁安全的因素，度假村有权取消有关旅游活动

- The Tourism Minister of Malaysia has recently announced that the Tourism Tax in Malaysia will commence on 1st Sept 2017. Malaysians and permanent residents will be exempted from paying the tax, while foreign tourists will be charged a flat rate of MYR 10 per room per night for all hotel classifications. (Pay upon check in)
- Subject to government SST 6% for year 2022. (To further encourage domestic tourism, the government has extended the exemption for tourism tax and services tax for hotel accommodation until 31 December 2021.)

- An infant is not charged (except round trip ferry ticket of MYR 30); hence no seat / no bed is allocated to infants. Additional mattress of MYR 50 per room per night.

Package Remarks
- General travel period: 01 March 2022 until 31 October 2022 (Last check-out date is 31 October 2022 | Resort is closed from November until end February)
- Suggestion flight route: Kuala Lumpur - Kuala Terengganu - Kuala Lumpur.
- The above rates require a minimum of 02 adults per booking, single traveler (additional surcharge apply or apply single room rates).
- The above rates are valid for All Market.
- Child rates apply to children 4-12 years old.
- Child under 4 years old - apply to Infant Charge for Round-trip Boat/Ferry charges only
- For additional adult or child sharing room, a rollaway extra bed will be provided
- Above Redang Island room rates are strictly applicable for packages' extension nights only (Extension night include: 01 night accommodation, 01 breakfast, 01 lunch, 01 dinner & 02 Complimentary boat trip for Snorkeling).
- Each room must be at least 2 adults paying full fare then only follow by child fare.
- Advance booking required at least 21 working days before departure.

- There will be a charge of RM10.00 garbage disposal fee on all personal alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks brought into the resort. The fee is for sending the empty cans/bottles out of the island in order to protect the island from more rubbish
- Corkage's charges will apply for all personal BYO drinks consumed in the resort compound
