Welcome to Vienna. On arrival at the airport we shall be waiting to transfer you to the hotel.
Hotel standard check in time 3pm. You can enjoy free time until your tour starts, information about the meeting place and start time can be found on the information boards in the hotel reception area.
NOTE: IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS on arrival at the hotel you will have your booking made but the guide of your trip will normally not arrive until the start of the included activities. TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vienna city tour. Gardens of the immense Schönbrunn Palace.
0900AM - Vienna start with a scenic sightseeing tour of Vienna to know the most important places of interest including the Opera, the Museum of Fine Arts and Natural History, Parliament, the Royal Theatre, City Hall and the University. Passing by the Church of San Carlos, we arrive to the Belvedere Palace where we will walk through the gardens from where we are offered a fabulous view of the city. (If the English-speaking group has fewer than fifteen people, the tour can be conducted in both English and Spanish).
Directly afterwards, we head the Schönbrunn Palace where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens.
In the evening we go to the City Hall Square to enjoy the lighting and the nightlife in the neighbouring streets, and where we will have dinner with cuisines from around the world (including Austrian, Chinese, Indian and Italian). Return to hotel.

We leave Vienna on a stage of great scenic beauty, travelling through the mountains to Slovenia. A short stop in MARIBOR, a stroll around the Cathedral and Castle .
Then we travel on to Croatia. Arrival in ZAGREB at lunch time. There will be a sightseeing tour with a local guide. We will have a chance to admire its two hills, the upper town and the new neighbourhoods of Croatia´s capital city. Dinner included.

We will leave first thing in the morning to travel to Bosnia. The border area still shows sad memories of the conflict that took place in the 1990s. We cross the Serb-majority Bosnia. First stop, BANIA LUKA, and time to walk through the capital of the autonomous entity of the Srpska Republika, the second largest city in Bosnia after Sarajevo, with its fortress and orthodox cathedral.
Then, departure to JAJCE, perhaps the most beautiful town in Bosnia, with its cultural mix, its mosque, its fortress and its impressive waterfall (admission included). Time for a walk.
We continue our journey to SARAJEVO, arriving in the evening. We will have time in the historic center, during which you can stroll through the charming Bazaar, an old Ottoman market famous for its architecture, oriental atmosphere and traditional shops. Dinner included.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Beautiful landscapes throughout the whole route: mountains, rivers, waterfalls, lakes, and picturesque villages. Arrival in Dubrovnik with beautiful seascapes.
In the morning we will have a sightseeing tour with a local guide in SARAJEVO, a fascinating city known as "Jerusalem of Europe" due to the coexistence of several religions. Mosques, churches and synagogues reflect religious diversity. We will observe the great Ottoman influence in its old town, with its great mosque of more than 500 years old and its beautiful fountain.
After the visit we continue our route in an area of pure beauty. MOSTAR with its wonderful historic center and its stone bridge that separates the Orthodox, Muslim and Catholic communities.
Time for lunch and stroll through the city. We continue to Croatia. Border procedures (can be long). DUBROVNIK, arrival at the end of the day. Dinner included.

Dubrovnik - In the morning we begin with a city tour with the local guide of Dubrovnik. We are undoubtedly in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe: hanging on a rock, surrounded by walls, by the Adriatic Sea. The tour includes tickets to the Franciscan Monastery with the oldest pharmacy in Europe, and the Cathedral. We also include a boat trip to LOKRUM, a small island 15 minutes by boat from Dubrovnik and home to the ruins of a Benedictine monastery of the eleventh century, popular setting of the series "Game of Thrones". Free time during the afternoon. Return at the end of the afternoon to our hotel. Dinner included.
NOTE: in the winter months, from November to March, there is no boat service to Lokrum and therefore we cannot visit the island | In some departures, accommodation may be in Kavtat, a coastal town near the city of Dubrovnik.

We set off in the morning, travelling along the Croatian coastline which displays amazing seascapes and islands. En route we will make a stop in STON, a picturesque town that has one of the longest walls in the world.
We continue amidst pleasant landscapes, where the great Peljeski bridge crossing the sea stands out. We will arrive in SPLIT in the afternoon. We include a visit with a local guide and admission to the Diocletian’s Palace. We will explore this immense palace of the Roman times, its labyrinth of streets and views over the sea. Dinner included.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Plitvice Lakes National Park. Dinner included.
We will travel to the interior region of Croatia, going through beautiful landscapes to finally arrive in PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK, which has been added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. We will enter the park where you can admire the park’s lakes and waterfalls. Take the opportunity to walk along the trails or take a boat and sail through the waters of the lakes. After lunch we will travel back to the coast towards the north of Croatia. Upon reaching OPATIJA, you can have dinner (included) and stroll in this resort town which offers a charming nightlife.
NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, either for meteorological reasons or tourist density, it may not be possible or advisable to use the train nor boat in Plitvice.

Today we will travel to Slovenia. We will visit POSTOJNA Cave, one of the world’s biggest caves which is partially toured by train.
After this, we will travel to BLED, a stunning postcard town on the shore of a lake, and in the middle of the lake, there is an island where the bell tower of a monastery stands at the foot of a medieval castle. We take a boat trip around Bled’s lake and a visit the monastery on the island.
We continue our trip to Slovenia’s Capital, LJUBLJANA. Here we will take a tour with a local guide and learn about this beautiful Central European city. Dinner included.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Free time in Ljubljana.
Free time to see the little capital of Slovenia, a beautiful central European city and a meeting point in history for Slavs, Germans and peoples of the Mediterranean. Its castle stands out.
By 1630PM - Ljubljana Departure. After the following mountains covered by dense forests, we come to the Adriatic and enter Italy. Venice arrival, accommodation in the Mestre area.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vaporetto boat on Venice’s Grand Canal. Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass.
In the morning we include a boat transfer to the area of St Mark´s in Venice, a city built on more than 100 islands connected by bridges. We include a walking tour with a local guide around the city of canals. Afterwards we will visit the Murano glass factory and admire the technique of crystal blowing. Free time afterwards. In the afternoon you can have a nice gondola trip through the canals (optionally).
Transfer to the hotel from the area of St. Mark´s. You will have the chance to have dinner in the Mestre area, where you can choose the type of restaurant that you prefer (Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).
After breakfast, end of our services. Hotel standard check out time before 10am.
