Today’s coach tour takes you through the rolling green hills to the iconic Hobbiton Movie Set. See where the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies were filmed as your tour guide shares behind-the-scenes tales. You’ll see sights like Hobbit Holes, the Mill, and The Green Dragon Inn, and learn how farmland was transformed into a living, breathing piece of Middle-earth. After exploring Hobbiton, tuck into a delicious lunch in the Party Marquee before continuing to Rotorua. Duration: 6hrs, 30mins.

Rotorua is surrounded by a fascinating geothermal landscape with its unique steam vents, spouting geysers and bubbling mud pool set alongside freshwater lakes and majestic native forests. It is also a region immersed in fascinating Maori myths and legends.
You will be transported to Wai-O-Tapu Geothermal Wonderland for a two hour visit (self-explore) today. Wai-O-Tapu is considered to be New Zealand’s most colourful and diverse geothermal sightseeing attraction. At Waimangu Volcanic Valley, you’ll learn about the Mt Tarawera eruption which blew open this spectacular, bush covered, geothermal park.
This evening you’ll be transported to Te Puia for an Indigenous Evening Experience including a buffet dinner and cultural performance. The evening culminates with hot chocolate and pudding on the geyser terrace.

Christchurch is set between the deep blue Pacific Ocean and the mighty snow-capped Southern Alps. This is a vibrant, ever-changing city with inner city parks and gardens delightfully interwoven by the meandering Avon River.

Travelling west crossing the Canterbury Plains, the train slowly ascends through spectacular gorges and river valleys of the Waimakariri River towards the Southern Alps to the alpine village of Arthurs Pass for a short break before descending through the Otira Tunnel to the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island, through lush alpine beech rain forests to Greymouth - a great base for visits to Punakaiki and the always popular glaciers at Franz Josef and Fox Glacier.
On arrival in Greymouth, you will be met and transferred to the Punakaiki Pancake Rocks and Blowholes for a short self-guided walk to view the fascinating pancake-shaped rock formations before being delivered to your accommodation.
This morning, you’ll be transferred to Shantytown Heritage Park for a sense of what it was like to live in New Zealand during the gold rush before returning to Greymouth for your transfer to Glacier Country.

Queenstown to Christchurch via Mt Cook & Lake Tekapo | Depart Queenstown daily at 0630am | Arrives Christchurch 1830pm
Experience the beauty and grandeur of the Southern Alps on a sightseeing day tour to Mount Cook. Today’s tour departs Queenstown through the stunning Kawarau Gorge and fruit and wine growing region of Cromwell. The journey follows beautiful Lake Dunstan and meanders through the dramatic Lindis Pass. Travel the vast plains of the Mackenzie district, alongside magnificent turquoise blue lakes, framed by Aoraki Mt Cook and the spectacular Southern Alps to Mt Cook Village where you have some free time. Leaving Mt Cook it’s not hard to see why many Lord of the Rings scenes were filmed nearby. Make a stop close to the popular Church of the Good Shepherd sitting in solitude on the banks of Lake Tekapo before continuing through the amazing countryside to Christchurch.
Regrettably this is departure day. Heading home after so much fun is tough but you can certainly keep coming back again and again.

搭乘上午 8:15 从基督城出发的 TranzAlpine 越山号观光火车，预计下午 1:05 抵达格雷茅斯。
火车向西行驶，穿越坎特伯雷平原后，逐渐进入怀马卡里里河壮丽的峡谷与河谷地带，攀升至南阿尔卑斯山的阿瑟通道高山村短暂停留，随后穿过奥提拉隧道下降至新西兰南岛西海岸，沿途可欣赏茂密的高山山毛榉雨林，最终抵达格雷茅斯。这里是前往普纳凯基、弗朗兹约瑟夫冰川及福克斯冰川等热门景点的绝佳据点。
抵达格雷茅斯后，将有专人接送前往普纳凯基煎饼岩与喷水洞，进行短程自助式步道游览，欣赏独特的煎饼状岩层景观，之后送往住宿地点。

今天的精彩行程将带您途经镜湖和瀑布，进入米尔福德峡湾。峡湾由冰河时代的冰川雕刻而成，被誉为“世界第八大奇迹”。抵达后，登船开始峡湾游览，周围群山高耸、悬崖直入海中。游船靠近陡峭岩壁，感受瀑布飞溅的水花，尽情领略峡湾的壮丽景色，然后返回岸边。
在这充实的一天结束后，乘坐巴士返回皇后镇，回味终生难忘的美好记忆。全程时长约 12 小时。

今天的观光行程将带您领略南阿尔卑斯山的壮丽景色。巴士从皇后镇出发，途经壮丽的卡瓦劳峡谷及以水果与葡萄酒闻名的克伦威尔地区。沿途经过美丽的邓斯坦湖，穿越壮观的林迪斯山口，随后行经广阔的麦肯齐平原，沿途可欣赏碧蓝的湖泊，远眺库克山与南阿尔卑斯山的雄伟景致，抵达库克山村后可自由活动。
离开库克山后，将经过《指环王》多处取景地，不难想象影片为何选择此地。随后在特卡波湖边著名的善牧教堂附近短暂停留，然后继续穿越美丽乡村，最终抵达基督城。
