Known as yangnyeomtongdak, which means seasoned whole chicken, Korean fried chicken doesn’t require any dip or side sauce, as it’s usually crispy hot-from-the-oil tossed in tasty sauces. The sticky sauce that coats the chickens can be spicy, sweet, and even a garlicky soy, each shop has their own secret recipe for the sauce. It can be extremely addictive and here are a few places in Klang Valley you can find some.
